Please note: Shipping charges apply and are based on weight, volume and destination and will be charged accordingly. Normal carriers are UPS and the US Postal System and the rates will be their rates. Please note, in some instances your order may be shipped from more than one location, which will result in multiple deliveries. After you place the order and we receive the order, stock will be checked for availability, shipping will be calculated and an invoice will be prepared. Sales tax will apply if you live in Florida and do not present a 2008 Annual Resale Certificate. Once the invoice is ready, your payment will be processed and a copy of the invoice will be sent to you via email.
